Vivian is an experienced marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in content development and communications, with a flair for brand building through storytelling.

At Four Seasons, she oversees Marketing campaigns as well as Advertising, Digital Marketing and Creative Development functions in Asia Pacific, covering diverse markets including China, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia.

She also provides guidance and support to hotel-based Marketing teams in Asia Pacific in order to drive Marketing performance and lift brand preference within the region.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, she spent a decade with Raffles Hotels & Resorts in global PR and Brand Marketing and was involved in brand positioning, content development, advertising, partnerships and events. During her time there, she collaborated with different marketing functions – digital marketing, social media, customer research, analytics, Public Relations – joining the dots across multi-regional offices to implement Brand Marketing strategies.
