Steven To is the Head of Growth Marketing for Amazon Ads Asia, responsible for growing demand of cross-border advertising for Asia-based sellers. Steven has 15 years of management consulting and tech startup experience in travel, sustainability, education and commerce sectors. Prior to joining Amazon, he had management and business development experience in Onion Academy, Tink Labs and worked as a strategy consultant in Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining Amazon in 2022, Steven leads growth marketing of Amazon Ads Asia to help brands of all sizes from Asia, designing ad experiences that reach customers around the world and grow their businesses into global brands.

Steven has working experience in the US, Greater China, Africa, Latin America and South East Asia. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a BBA in Global Business Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
