Selma El Rhezzali is Global Head of Brand and Media of Home Credit (PPF Group). She has over a decade of European and Asia experience in the customer experience, strategy and digital transformation disciplines.

Selma began her career in consulting, developing brand customer and brand loyalty strategies across the financial services, automotive and luxury sectors. Selma later moved to AXA Group where she managed their global advertising model and was a key contributor to the firm’s global brand repositioning efforts to maintain the brand as a front-runner in the industry.

Her most recent role was at global insurer, Sun Life supporting their digital and business transformation, with a focus on customer experience, culture change and change management projects. She holds a Masters in Management from the ESCP Business School
