Rupen is the co-founder of The Shed 28 (TS/28), an organization that helps build purpose-driven businesses, an advisory Board Member at Copenhagen Cartel, as well as WFA’s Regional VP (APAC).

Till last year, Rupen was an outside-in global CMO at the Dole Sunshine Co., crafting a companywide transformation with purpose at the heart of the business model. The blueprint has been widely recognized with the Grand Prix for Business transformation at Cannes Lions and Dole being awarded client of the year at the One Show, Clio Health & D&AD Impact last year.

Rupen has been featured as one of the World’s Most Influential CMOs by Forbes in 2021 & 2022 and was on WFA’s shortlist of global Marketer of the year, last year.
