Over the last 20 years Nick has held a number of senior leadership roles around the world having worked in both the UK & Singapore before returning to Australia to lead Dentsu’s Global Digital Marketing Agency iProspect as CEO ANZ prior to joining Microsoft in 2019. Nick spent more than 10 years with WPP’s flagship Media Agency Mindshare where he held a number of leadership roles including: Head of Search UK, Head of Digital APAC and the CEO of Mindshare Singapore.

Nick’s wealth of experience also includes spending more than 3 years with Facebook Singapore as the APAC Regional Director leading the development and expansion of the tech company’s Marketing Analytics platform “Atlas” before transferring to Facebook’s Marketing Science unit to lead the Global Agency and Global Accounts teams. In his role at Microsoft Advertising, Nick is the Regional Vice President for APAC, responsible for the regions strategic growth, development and operational capabilities within the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities include the strategic development and operational delivery of the regions Microsoft Advertising’s growth, partnerships and service offerings across digital media, search advertising, technology and analytics.
