Erin Silvoy is the Vice President of Product & Marketing for Starbucks Asia Pacific. As the regional CMO, she leads the marketing, digital customer experience, category, R&D, and strategy & insights teams to strengthen business performance across 15 markets.
Erin joined Starbucks in 2012 and has held several leadership roles in strategy and product & marketing for the U.S. and Canada, including leading U.S. Beverage and U.S. Food Category Brand Management. She is currently the executive sponsor of The Culture Club and a member of the Women’s Impact Network.
Prior to Starbucks, Erin was a management consultant with Bain & Company, where she focused on retail and restaurant engagements. Additionally, Erin has held marketing roles at Boston Ballet and State Street Corporation.
Erin holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. degree from Virginia Tech. She resides in Singapore with her husband and two young daughters, and her favorite Starbucks beverage is Cold Brew.
