Chitkala loves to delve into what makes brands tick. Having driven Marketing Strategy for some of the best brands in the FMCG business in Asia for over 20 years, she is passionate about tapping into insights driving consumer choices and building plans to get to the heart of how brands connect and communicate, across the phygital ecosystem. You will find her leading change and organisation-building in her role as Director, Marketing Centre APAC at 3M, a marketing organisation across Integrated Marketing, Digital, Consumer Insights and Data Analytics.
Prior to 3M, she enjoyed her stint in Coca-Cola across Asia and Africa. Having lived and worked in 5 countries, she looks for what makes us similar, rather than different. She is a regular speaker and has served jury duty at various marketing conferences. She is a yoga, fitness and trivia buff and in based in Singapore with her family.
