He has lived and worked in London, New York, Tokyo, Paris, Portland and Singapore, managing operations and clients for the world’s top agency networks, including McCann-Erickson WorldGroup, Wieden+Kennedy, TBWA\Worldwide, Grey Group, Project: WorldWide, and Starcom MediaVest Group. His extensive global brand experience includes Nike, Coca-Cola, American Express, Nissan, Gillette, P&G, Tiffany, Nabisco, Del Monte, Ermenegildo Zegna, Johnson & Johnson, Wal-Mart, Gucci, UPS, Nestlé, Hitachi, L’Oréal, Goodyear, Mattel, and many other Fortune 500 companies. Mike’s most recent appointment as Chairman & CEO of Havas Group, APAC leverages his unique 360 degree experience, so as to drive accelerated growth as well as expansion of the global Havas ‘Village’ concept across all 19 countries in the region. He is a native of Scotland, a graduate of Stirling University, holds UK & Swiss passports, and is a Permanent Resident of Singapore. When not helping clients grow their business, he tries to keep pace with his two very energetic teenage children.

Elsie Cheung was appointed Chief Operating Officer of South China Morning Post Publishers Limited in January 2011. In this vital role, she implements strategic change to bring SCMP’s cultural and digital transformation to bear. She spearheads SCMP’s business operations, including advertising, marketing, circulation, and recruitment services, among other functions. Ms. Cheung started her career at SCMP before broadening her experience at other well-established organisations including Television Broadcast Limited (TVB), Hong Kong Telecom, and Sunevision. Upon her return to SCMP, Ms. Cheung held the senior leadership positions of Head of Sales and Director of Advertising prior to her appointment as COO; she is now a 18-year veteran of the company.

Matt then co-founded Activ8, a Yield Management company (precursor to SSPs) as a JV with OutBlaze, handling global media sales for 400 websites including Mail.com and HelloKitty. His next position was managing News Corp's .FOX Networks for APAC and MENA. From FOX, Matt moved to Omnicom's Accuen as the GM of the first APAC regional ATD. Before joining The Trade Desk, he ran the Audience Solutions business for Experian Asia. Harty is based in Singapore.

Prior to joining WFA, Stephan worked for L'Oréal in Paris and Brussels. He studied business economics at the Saint Gall Business School in Switzerland, after which he worked at the United Nations in New York.

Before Essence, Matsushita was vice president of global product and business for GREE, a leading mobile gaming company. Narayan Murthy Ivaturi has over 15 years of experience in Advertising, Media Planning, Media Sales, Business Development, Mobile and Ecommerce. Narayan has worked in both, start-up ecosystems and MNC companies. After having garnered experience in client servicing for FMCG brands, he switched gears to the digital space, where he worked on website creation, Google SEM and display. In his past role as a Head of Mobile and New Technology at Mindshare Asia Pacific, he was working on Beacons, Integrated Mobile Marketing strategies, connecting physical and digital world with technology innovations like Surfaces and Wearables. Commerce has been an integral part of the journey in connecting the user journey to the logical goal of purchase and Narayan worked with Mindshare’s existing clients on enabling E-commerce for their brands including working with big e-retailers in the region. David was educated at Dulwich College, London and later at the Open University Business School, UK. He spent 25 years in UK agencies before a 7-year stay in Asia Pacific with Mindshare, where he managed the agency’s multimarket relationship with Unilever.

Neil joined Facebook in 2015 in the newly created role of Head of Agency for APAC. The Agency team works closely with the ad agency community – media, creative and digital agencies to ensure the successful use of the Facebook platform to drive brand and business success. Prior to joining Facebook, Neil was most recently at Maxus, one of the GroupM media agencies for the past six years. APAC CEO for five of those years saw Maxus triple in size, and win significant new business, awards and industry recognition. Neil also spent a year as the Global Chief Client officer, working with some of Maxus’ top multi-market clients across the globe. Neil has also had senior client marketing roles in the technology space – he was CMO of Motorola Mobile devices from 2004 -2008 for their High Growth Markets, and was at Compaq in Australia as Customer Communications director. A long long time ago, straight out of university Neil was in brand management in the FMCG space in Sydney. Rounding out his Marketing and Communications experience, Neil also spend over 10 years in creative agencies in Sydney, Singapore and Taipei – many of those with Ogilvy and Mather and the WPP group. Neil has managed some of the largest advertising clients including Telstra (Australia’s #1 Telco) IBM and Vodafone. A married father of two avid Facebook and Instagram using teenagers, Singapore based Neil continues to try and improve his golf handicap despite all the evidence that this is as good as it gets!

Josh Stinchcomb is the Global Chief Revenue Officer of Dow Jones for Media and Marketing where he oversees advertising and marketing solutions for the company. Prior to this role, Stinchcomb held numerous positions at Condé Nast including SVP of Corporate Sales, Publisher of Condé Nast Digital and, most recently, Chief Experience Officer where he oversaw branded content, experiential and licensing. In 2008, he was awarded Sales Team Leader of the Year by MIN (Media Industry Newsletters). In 2009, he received a Top Performance Award from Condé Nast, and in 2013 was named to AdAge’s 40 under 40. Josh is a regular speaker at industry events and an adjunct professor at NYU’s Master of Science in Publishing Program. A graduate of Middlebury College in Vermont, Stinchcomb also has an M.B.A from New York University.
